NO RETURNS ACCEPT WITHOUT AUTHORIZED RMA # (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZED NUMBER), PLEASE CONTACT US BEFORE YOU RETURN ANY ITEM.
We guarantee full refund if item return to us in 100% brand new condition within 2 days period, start from the day you received your package, but shipping charge is not refundable. If package was opened with missing parts there are subject of 25% restocking fee apply. We allow exchange only if item have proved factory defective condition within 10 days period, starting from the day you received your item. Please report all shipping damages to the US or shipping carrier within 24 hours from the delivery date in order for us to file a claim; do not sign for if you found damages outside the box you received. Customer is responsible for all damages expenses. However, we will gladly exchange the part and pay for return shipping if a mistake is made on our part.
